New guitarist? Confirm/deny? And vitals?

Edit:
1. I know what a bassist is.
2. Fred is playing bass with Cute through Warped Tour (which concludes Aug. 25 in L.A.)
3. Jeff is not leaving. Neither are Shaant or Tom.
4. Dave Mellilo is playing guitar with Cute during Warped.
5. We can have this discussion again about member changes in two months.

If you're referring to Dave Melillo, he's just touring with them on Warped. He has his own band.
